蝴蝶
閉上眼睛,有一蝴蝶在我心中。
當我張開眼睛,看見了一隻蝴蝶在身邊飛舞著。
閉上眼睛,把心靜下來,在一吸一吐之間,感受心跳聲.
當我張開眼睛,一隻蝴蝶在我身邊飛舞著。
再一次地閉上眼睛,深呼吸。
從陽光、樹木、花朵、藍天白雲,感受和平與愛的能量。
閉上眼睛,持續的深呼吸,金黃色的陽光灑在我的臉上。
我的心融化在藍天裡,好似這個大地給了我一個擁抱。
當我張開眼睛,另一隻蝴蝶飛舞到我身邊。
多麼美好的一天! 愛,時時刻刻地存在生活裡!
When I close my eyes.There is a butterfly inside of me.
When I open my eyes.There is a butterfly fly around me.
When I close my eyes, I feel deeply calm,
only inhale and exhale.
I feel my heartbeat. And when I open my eyes,
there is a butterfly dance for me.
Again when I close my eyes.
I breath between inhale and exhale.
I am peaceful and feel the love energy from the sunshine,
the trees.the flowers,and th blue sky.
When I open my eyes,there is a butterfly dancing.
The sunshine spray on my face.
while I keep my eyes close. make a deep breath.
I'm melting in the sky.
The earth gives me a big hug.
While my eyes open. another butterfly dancing for me.
How a beautiful day! Love in every moment! Everywhere!
